What the form keeps

The booking form asks for your name, a phone number, the house address if you want a visit there, the kind of visit, and a short note about the room. That is so Shane can call you back about heating or cooling. We do not ask for a card number on this site.

How it is used

The note stays with the shop so we can schedule the visit you picked. We do not sell the list, and we do not hand it to an equipment brand for their own mail.

How long

We keep the request while the job is open and for the season after, in case the same room acts up again. Write [email protected] if you want the note deleted sooner.

This page

The site does not run a separate advertising tracker. Calling +1 (941) 246-9397 or mailing the shop is the other way to reach us if you would rather not use the form.
